Many years ago when Djing was just coming up I happened to attend a New Year eve party at one of my friend’s places. That was when I first saw a DJ performance and in fact learnt what Djing was all about. It was a rather medium crowd, just us friends getting together to make a bash of New Year eve! The DJ who took care of entertainment that day was way out and I can tell you that each and every one of us at the party enjoyed the mash up and the remix of old and new numbers.
Mind you the people at the party too were a mix of young and old and the DJ had to cater to everyone’s tastes. My friend who arranged the whole set up had contacted an agency who dealt in DJs for hire in London for a good DJ and there we were having a ball of a time with all the music he doled out to us.
The beauty of all that music was that it neither too loud nor blaring; however it was not very soft either. It was just perfect! Another wonderful thing that I noticed about this DJ was that his track made us tap our feet and slowly but steadily practically all the guests were dancing. The point was that he had our wholesome attention because his beats had excellent rhythm. It almost felt as if he had created all this just for us to dance!
I also realised that unlike a lot of stuff like this on the TV our DJ was very subtle while utilising varied effects and did not make a hash of his music. So the one thing that I decided when I went home after a most satisfying party was that if ever I hosted a party I would most definitely get a DJ hire London to make it a success.
